In pursuit of consistent, high professional and industry standards, I set myself the highest boundaries in terms of my service delivery to my clients.  I spent 40 years in the corporate world leading and managing high-performing teams and creating positive working cultures designed to enable people to be the best they could be.  That experience says a lot about me.

It takes real leadership to lead by example while encouraging others to build positive work cultures and ethical values that we live and breathe each day.  I walk my talk, with integrity as my true authentic self.

I treat my clients with respect and ask the same from my clients. 

Respecting each other’s cultures, values, ethics and needs is important. 

If at any time I am not the right person to be working with you or our working relationship is being compromised I will discuss this with you and terminate the relationship.

Confidentiality

With a 30 year  career in Human Resources the need to be committed to client ‘confidentiality’ was essential. 

I continue to commit to conducting my business with the highest degree of confidentiality to protect my Clients.

Client information is handled and stored in line with any legal requirements at State, Federal or Common Law.

Your personal information is retained confidentially on my booking system. This is currently secured using McAfee security software license.

Intellectual Property and Moral rights

I  retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that I create, teach or collaborate on unless agreed to share otherwise in advance.

I respect and acknowledge the moral and intellectual copyright of other contributors Intellectual Property where identified.

Fees

All Online bookings require full payment at the time of booking

Face to face bookings You will have the choice to either pay in full at time of booking or opt to pay an initial online booking deposit in advance.

Face-to-face balance must be paid in CASH only at the time of Reading. Please come prepared.

In the event of unavoidable Client Cancellation, Initial Deposit only bookings can be transferred to an agreed Rescheduled Appointment date within 8 weeks of the original appointment booking date.

Thereafter the deposit is non-refundable.

If you have any reason to feel dissatisfied with my service please do not hesitate to speak directly with me. 

Feedback is always welcomed.

However, I am unable to provide refunds for dissatisfied Clients after the commencement of any session.

I put my heart, soul, time and integrity into every Reading and connection I have with my clients.

In my business and practice, sometimes you might not ‘want’ to hear the truth of your ‘Psyche Essence.’  I cannot change that, I will not just tell you ‘what you want to hear’ and that is an important part of engaging me and all that I bring to the table.
