What is a Coach?

A Coach designs your coaching around YOU, your needs, desires and competencies. I am an Advanced Certified Personal and Professional Coach.

Are you living the life you want to live or are you envious or procrastinating watching others achieve your dreams?

By exploring and enabling you to imagine the possibilities for your future I will create an agreed strategy from which we will work towards. I challenge you to stretch beyond your current sphere of reality and imagine future possibilities using a range of certified professional coaching tools.

We discuss your current thoughts, values and beliefs to determine how you can step on the pathway to envisioning a life where you are the one who is in control and able to Master Your Own Destiny.

I encourage you to imagine, taste, and feel what your life will look like when you can achieve your heart’s desire. The innate desire, ability, and power is in you - as your Coach, I will help you discover and action new positive behaviours to achieve agreed outcomes.

What is a Mentor?

A Mentor and the person they mentor evolve their relationship over a period of time they engage with each other.

As the Mentee, what you need and seek from your Mentor in most instances, is to seek guidance and motivation from the experience of the Mentor. These relationships may be formal or informal, short or long-term.

Mentors help you to believe in yourself and your abilities. It is important to develop a relationship of trust and mutual respect.

Once the relationship is established, good Mentors are always willing to share their skills and knowledge with the Mentees.

Having gone before you in experience or faced the same or similar challenges as our Mentees, we are more understanding of your aspirations.

As your Coach/Mentor, I will listen to your needs and work with you to determine how best I might work with you. I will challenge you to look at your desires and goals from a ‘big picture’ and ‘micro’ viewpoint. Hey, did I mention we will also have fun along the way, I’m a Scot, and a sense of humour is always in my ‘kit’ bag!

2024 fee is $175 AUD (Unless a tailored long-term package is requested or otherwise agreed with me in advance) for both face-to-face Readings at my home in Quinns Rocks and online Readings via the Zoom platform. (you don’t need to download the App my scheduling system sets it up and sends you the meeting link) )
