2025 “All things were Possible!”

As aways, I write from the ‘heart and soul’ of who I am. My personal beliefs, values, life lessons and experiences!

At the beginning of this year I said “all things were ‘possible” I didn’t even consider ‘heart health’ could get in my way! I survived thanks to wonderful emergency theatre staff treatment a great team of Angels and my wonderful Cardiologist. I just happened to be in for an Angiogram exploration procedure, when I suffered two heart attacks. It floored me!

8th December 2025. I am in the process of temporarily closing my availability and the booking system until
31 March 2026. We are both having a ‘sabbatical’ until then!

Thank you to my beautiful clients who waited patiently for me to return, your best wishes, flexibility and understanding was much appreciated. To all my friends and clients over the last 20 years, It has been an honour and a joy, now I need to find a beginners Tai Chi class near me!
